Livestock exploitation in Galicia
Located in Fradé (Lugo), the same as the installation in Milan, it manages food, milking and breeding for more than 150 livestock through robotic and fully automatic systems.
Advances in robotics along with the renewables enable us to obtain perfectly united management and control from this livestock industry. The conditions for livestock with optimum control of temperatures and humidity come through thanks to energy self-consumption.
It works entirely with wind and solar power in a mixed system that provides more than 120 kwh / day, with a peak power of about 40 kW. The use of solar and wind technology keep the generation flow constant both night and day, saving the surplus in batteries that are used to meet the energy needs when the renewable resource is not enough. Between both energies it is intended that the electrical expenditure of this installation is practically zero.
